At Girl Flow, we believe periods should never hold us back. We provide free period products, inclusive education, resources and supportive spaces for girls to thrive before, during and after their period. We're Pro Girl, Pro Health, Period!
1 in 5 girls have missed school or class due to the lack of access to period products - that is more than 3.5 million girls each year.
23% Living in poverty struggle to afford period products.
42% Have experienced period shaming with little to no education about periods.

In 10 years, Girl Flow has supported over 5,000 students, delivered 30,000+ free period products, and grown a volunteer network of 600+ community champions. Our work spans 12 schools, 2 pantries, and 2 after-school programs—and we’re just getting started.
