At Girl Flow, we believe periods should never hold us back. We provide free period products, inclusive education, resources and supportive spaces for girls to thrive before, during and after their period. We're Pro Girl, Pro Health, Period!
1 in 5 girls have missed school or class due to the lack of access to period products - that is more than 3.5 million girls each year.
23% Living in poverty struggle to afford period products.
42% Have experienced period shaming with little to no education about periods.
51% Of menstruators' reported wearing period products longer than recommended or makeshift items (socks, tissue, paper, old rags).

In 10 years, Girl Flow has supported over 5,000 students, delivered 50,000+ free period products, and grown a volunteer network of 300+ community champions. Our work spans 25 schools, 2 pantries, and 4 after-school programs—and we’re just getting started.
